These are our terms of business which apply to the Licence Agreement
 

1 - FACILITIES
The Operator agrees to procure for the use by the User within 720 Centennial Court, Elstree ("the Accommodation") the office facilities as set out in the Operator's Schedule of Services for the time being in force at the rates shown therein or otherwise notified to the User

2 - LICENCE
The Operator permits the User to share with the Operator the use of the Accommodation until such licence shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and for such purpose allocates initially to the User the suite as specified ("the Suite")

3 - PAYMENT
The User shall pay to the Operator:
 3.1 - on the signing hereof the deposit as specified and an apportionment of the Fee (together with any Value Added Tax) up to the next date of payment

3.2 - thereafter until the termination of this Agreement the Fee (together with any Value Added Tax)
monthly in advance by bank direct debit. Such payments to be made on the first day of each calendar month

3.3 - upon the termination of this Agreement there shall be refunded to the User the Deposit (which the Operator hereby acknowledges to have received from the User) less any sum due from the User to the Operator upon such termination by virtue of the provisions here of

4 - FACILITIES
The User shall be entitled:
4.1 - to use the Suite as an office provided that the Operator shall be under no obligation to maintain a particular suite for the use of the User and shall be entitled to require the User to use any similar­sized suite that the Operator may allocate from time to time

4.2 - to use (in common with the Operator and such other persons as the Operator may direct) the
sanitary and kitchen facilities in the Accommodation

4.3 - to use the Operator's furniture fixtures and fittings in the Suite

5 - RESTRICTIONS ON USER
The User shall not:

5.1
- impede or interfere with the Operator's right of possession and control of the Accommodation

5.2 - use the Suite for any purpose other than as offices

5.3 - install any furniture or equipment without the prior written approve of the Operator

5.4 - alter in any way the internal layout of the Suite without the prior written approval of the Operator

5.5 - interfere with the conduct of the Operator's business

5.6 - damage any of the decorations, fixtures and fittings or other equipment in the Accommodation

5.7
- affix or display anything in the windows or doorways of the Accommodation without the prior
written approval of the Operator
